AeroMexico Customer Service - Deprived of Food, Pet and Water - Threats
The already infamous AeroMexico customer service sinks to a new low by physically restraining a customer transiting through Mexico City. Joceli Romao took a flight from Montreal, Canada (YUL) to Sao Paulo, Brazil (GRU) with an eight-hour stop-off in Mexico City. In an oversight Ms Romao failed to obtain a visa, and was therefore required to remain within the secure international area of the airport. However, airline authorities took it upon themselves to physically restrain Ms. Romao in violation of federal and international law. Airline authorities further denied succor to a ferret accompanying Ms. Romao under paid conveyance of the airline. ******************* Translated transcript: Joceli: I can't make a call? For my husband or my children? I can't call? Air Mexico Employee: No. You can't phone and you can't leave. Joceli: For whom do you work? For the government or for the airline?
