The already infamous AeroMexico customer service sinks to a new low by physically restraining a customer transiting through Mexico City. Joceli Romao took a flight from Montreal, Canada (YUL) to Sao Paulo, Brazil (GRU) with an eight-hour stop-off in Mexico City. In an oversight Ms Romao failed to obtain a visa, and was therefore required to remain within the secure international area of the airport. However, airline authorities took it upon themselves to physically restrain Ms. Romao in violation of federal and international law.
